Huge Room in Rustic Urban Artist House

Welcome to my urban gem! I bought this house and remodeled it myself and now it is full of color and great energy. The available room is 500 sq feet located on the first floor of a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. The room includes a very comfortable queen size bed, and a desk for working. The house is very peaceful and there is a back yard with a grill available. I am the only other person living in the house, so there is no need to worry about lots of noise or different people.

Amenities include: heating/cooling in the room, private bathroom, alarm system, washer/dryer, a back yard and your own parking spot. I also have an outdoor cat who is very nice.

I work as a Doula, and when I am home, I keep things pretty low-key. I prefer someone who is also mellow and clean.
