We are seeking for a responsible, clean, friendly roommate. Offering a room for rent in a 3 bedroom unit with a Shared bathroom. (Room shares bathroom with one more person) We offer; bedroom with Central AC, Heating, Cable, High Speed WiFi internet. The unit has its own washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen & Dish washer with 1 parking space.

About our household:

My Brother & I in the two other bedrooms. 30 and 26 year old. (Males) living with a Cat and a Dog. 30 year old works from home in online retail and 26 year old, Paralegal. Not into drugs and will not tolerate the use of drugs in the house.

Details:
Rent: $1,100 Neg (what is our roommate bringing into the table)
Deposit: one month rent

Requirements:
-MUST have a Job or be a student and be able to prove that will be able to pay for the upcoming months.
-Must agree to sign a room rent agreement for 3 months minimum.
-MUST LOVE ANIMALS

We won?t run your credit or give you the run around. Just be decent and cooperative.

If you move in, You?ll be part of our Pack.
We Don?t mind sharing food, 420, drinks, good times with the roomie.
