We are two mid 30s females (graphic designer and per insurance agent) working professionally from home. We have a back neighbor that we share the property/driveway with.

Small older dog. Ideally, a one pet household.
Guest bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

In house laundry.
Peacefully street.
10 min cab ride from DTLA
Close to shopping, a little park down the street, etc.
Parking available!

House is a recent reno with all new and modern appliances and design.
This is a year lease that runs until August 2022 and the option to stay and re-sign for another year.

Utilities to consider:
Water, trash, electric, internet, cleaning services (these are all split 3 ways)
Parking is a separate fee
And all these are factored in the the total price listed here.

We are roommates who have become friends.
