Enjoy the year-round sunshine of Southern California in a spacious Bedroom with Private Bathroom within a bright and large (1,350 SF) 2-bedroom condo located in the beautiful Heather Village Association of Fox Hills in Culver City - located within a 10-15 minute drive of the beach or downtown Culver City! The condo is a very quick walk or bike ride to the Westfield Mall which includes a Target, Trader Joe?s, and Sprouts.

Centrally located, you can jump on the local train to downtown LA without having to suffer in traffic. Or you can choose to stay home and enjoy all of the amenities that the community has to offer (but which are partially closed due to the coronavirus):

- Three pools, each with a Jacuzzi
- Gym
- 1 Tennis court
- Exercise gym
- Basketball court
- Party room that can be reserved for special occasions
- Massive clubhouse and Game room with billiards, ping pong, TV, and meeting tables

Your bedroom (roughly 16'x 10'+) is unfurnished and has a good sized closet with sliding door, along with private bathroom just outside the room. Available September 1, but earlier would work! You will be sharing the 2-BD condo with myself, an early 30s guy, working professional, who is laid back and enjoys watching sports/surfing, and very respectful of personal space. Parking spot is included.

Rent is $1,600/month. Water, gas, trash, cable (including HBO) are included in the rent price, and all other utilities (electricity & wifi) will be split.
