Furnished room for rent

We are a family of three, consisting of a mom and two daughters who have are looking to rent out an extra room in our house. The room is large and has an attached private full bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, has a closet with shelves and drawers, and has a small office table with a chair. The room is on the opposite side of the house and separate from the other two rooms. Contact me for more information. The maximum stay here says 12 months, but if all goes well, we can extend the duration.
