Small Bedroom in House with hardwood floor and Shared bathroom. Will consider reduced rent for help with cleaning, meal prep, admin etc. There are 2 other guys living in the house already. There is one shared bathroom for all of us. No pets please. There is one dog already in the house. Plenty of street parking. If you need a driveway spot, we can talk about that. Can be unfurnished or furnished with a bed. LGBTQ+ friendly. We are not a party house (rarely anyway), we all work a lot and this house is our sanctuary. The backyard is shared with airbnb guests who stay at the backhouse. When there are no backhouse guests, you are welcome to use the hot tub and awesome backyard area. There is a washer dryer in the garage. All utilities are included. Fast wifi. Any other questions?
