Room for Rent, Looking for Fellow Engineers.

Hi, I'm looking for another engineer to join our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. Our landlord is very risk averse and we have a good personal relationship with them so they will only accept someone who is in the same professional circle as ourselves. The apartment is currently occupied by two males in their early 30s who work in engineering. The apartment is a short drive from the major aerospace manufacturers and sits equidistant from all three major freeways. The apartment is located in nice area of Gardena that has ample and safe suburban street parking. We have plenty of storage space in the shared living room which we use as a shared space for gaming and occasionally watching sports. In unit laundry and dryer, dishwashing machine and a full kitchen with plenty of shared storage space. The room will come unfurnished (currently shown as an office) and it will share one bathroom with myself. Rent is month to month and we only ask for an initial one month deposit.
