Hello, We have a room in the Glassell Park area. It is by eagle Rock and Glendale.. The location is great to go any where in Los Angeles. It is close to HW 5 , HW 134, HW 101, HW 2, HW 110 and HW 210. You can get any where in Los angeles pretty easily. Is is a nice Room 15? x 11? . Room has two window over looking SW so It is is very bright room. and it has own Air conditioner. We are Very health oriented and Our family is very involved in National level of Rock climbing for last 3 years. So we are at the gym 5 times a week. We are looking for a stable person with job and good reference for long term rental.
The Rent is $600 a month including Utility. If you like a Parking in the garage is additional $100.
it has a High speed Cable WIFI 100 mb and you have a ethernet line if you need a higher speed of 200 MB, which is include with the room.
It is a Korean Family house hold, so you must like Korean Food. LoL.
