1 Room available in a 3 bedroom in Glendale

Hello All! My roommate and I are looking for one female to join us in a one year lease at our current apartment in Glendale, CA. The room's current inhabitant will be leaving at the end of this month so we'd like to fill the gap in the next 2 weeks (ahhh!). Here are the highlights.

-1 person to a room. We are not interested in sharing rooms
- Not flexible on monthly rent
