Looking for Roommate

Forgive the mess, my old roommates are moving out and we are in the process of cleaning everything up. All the desks will be gone out of the living room.

I've got an 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Glendale and we're in need of one final roommate. The place is called "Towne at Glendale" and its right off the highway (the 2) in glendale. And yes, that is in e behind Towne and not a typo. It's a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for 857$/month. The apartment has two reserved spots for vehicles, Only one of us drives so the other guaranteed off street parking for you. There is also an in unit washer/dryer. It's just three of us right now and we're all artists and work in the animation industry. We're in a bit of a crunch and we need to find someone by September 1st.
