2 bedrooms 1bath. I'm a comedy writer and spend most of my time at home in my office which is in a detached bungalow style building behind the house. I'm out if the house 4 nights a week until 11pm or later. If you work days we would see very little of each other. Will
consider a dog if it gets along with mine. You be
reasonably clean, respectful and courteous and we will all live happily ever after.
