Roomie needed

Hi, I?m Elissa who is looking for a roommate!

I?m living one room apt and I?m only looking for a female roomie who can live at the living room. The whole rent price is $1700 except all utility fees but if you can be my roommate you will going to pay $650/monthly included some of Apt utility fees (except internet and water & power fees). Also I will prepare a room divider and small closet for my new house-mate!!!!!

I?m a freelance graphic designer so usually I work at home if I don?t have any meetings but I will be inside of my bedroom. Also I have a cat!!!!!!! I wish my roommate doesn?t have any problems with that.
