Large Room for Rent in Beautiful Glendale!

I am renting a fairly large size room in my house in a very beautiful part of Glendale. There are a few nice hikes, parks, restaurants, shops and downtown is about 10 minutes drive.

Looking for a roommate who is preferably a professional, working full time, clean, respectful, easy going and should also be okay with cats because I have one cat:)

The house is undergoing some construction, so it is unfurnished at the time, there is a lot of space if you have your own furniture to place in one of the living rooms and some backyard furniture since I have a huge backyard.
