Room has a closet in room and one in the hall way. It also comes with shelving and drawers in the bed!
Water and Garbage are covered by landlord, Electricity, Internet and Gas split with me.
The photos do not show the divider curtain making this a sectioned off space, and the minifrdge as well as the desk chair are no longer in the room.
I am quiet, not a partier, I dont smoke or drink, I clean up after myself and keep up with the tidyness of the apartment.
I am hoping to find someone chill and clean, reliable to pay half the bills and enjoyable to be around.
