Looking for a female roommate to take a spot in a shared bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Glendale, CA. Rent is $600 per month plus utilities. Move-in date is Jan 2020 or at the earliest. Should be ok being on the lease and need to have a good credit score and steady income (required).

You would be sharing the room with another working professional in her 20's. We are looking for a clean, respectful person with good credit history. No smoking or pets at all. We prefer someone who is not a party lover. We are a clean, pretty chill and respectful individuals. We are preferably looking for someone to stay for long term (lease left for 8 months).
