Large Bedroom & Office!

I am renting a large bedroom all furnished. In the room there is a queen bed, big closet, desk, chair, bookshelf, small side table, and a mini fridge. The apartment is located in Glendale, right next to (GCC, Glendale Community College - Campus Verdugo), Verdugo Park and next to the freeways. We have central air (AC & heater), LAUNDRY IN UNIT 🙌🏻 and a front patio.

The building complex has full amenities that includes: resort style swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, yoga room, game room, movie theater, business center with free WiFi. Playground area, mini basketball area, smoking area, and outdoor BBQ (available 24/7, first come first get). Also, there is a covered parking spot in the garage in case you need it.

I have a small puppy 🐶 (Zoe, 1 year old). She is a morkie - Maltese & Yorkie. She sleeps in my bedroom and she is potty trained.

I am super clean, organized, respectful and friendly.
The house is always clean and looking beautiful. 🤗
