Spacious Private Bedroom/Bath in Comfortable Apt

Hi! My name is Corey and I'm seeking a compatible roommate to share a two bedroom, two bathroom spacious apartment. I'm a professional actor by trade and (in normal times) I'm often on the road for work. I also do quite a bit of work from home (especially now during the pandemic). I enjoy fitness, sports, cooking, hiking, road tripping, golf, billiards, bars and restaurants. I have moments when I am very social and others when I can be private but I am always approachable, courteous and open to building a friendship with my housemate. I'm looking for a clean, respectable, dependable, personable and professional person who is easy to get along with and considerate of the space and the quiet residential community in which we reside.

The bedroom is very spacious - 16' x 12' - with a private, ensuite bathroom and a foyer. It has a walk-in closet plus storage cabinets at the entrance of the room. The room has a large window providing plenty of natural light and a ceiling fan.

The common space is also large with a furnished living room and dining room. There is a balcony off the living room that provides lots of natural light and a view of Griffith Park. The kitchen has gas appliances and sufficient cabinet space for storage. The apartment is on the second floor, one of four units in a small apartment block, and comes with dedicated off-street parking. There is central AC and heat throughout the apartment. Water and trash pickup are included in the rent and we would split electric, gas, and wi-fi.

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to the 5 and 134 freeways. 10-15 min to DTLA, Hollywood, Burbank and Pasadena. We're also 5 minutes from the Glendale Galleria, the Americana, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and shops, bars and restaurants on Brand Blvd.
