Apartment in Glendale within walking distance of all the stuff on Brand. Washer/dryer in unit, shared kitchen and living room. There are 2 balconies, but they're small. The room has one of them. Apartment complex is mostly families with kids. Overall pretty quiet.
Kitchen has a fridge, oven, and 4 burner stove. There's a dishwasher but I've never used it. (I wish my dishes by hand, so no idea if it works or not)
Must be cat friendly. I don't have a cat so much as foster them from time to time. If you have a cat, this could be the place for you! (there's a pet deposit of 250 USD.)
Must also be cool with LGBTQ people.
