1200 month to month, room in Burbank

Looking for a roommate to move into a fair sized room for $1200 a month in the Burbank/Glendale area. You will have your own bathroom with a shower. AC is available. Laundromat in the building. Downstairs kitchen will be shared between all roommates. Easy street parking available. Utilities will be split between all roommates. It’s a two bedroom two story apartment, someone lives downstairs in the living room and someone else has a room upstairs. A $1200 deposit will be required first day on arrival. The room will be available after thanksgiving.

Room will not be furnished.
