Available for showing May 1st. Room Rent is 985$ Plus utilities (gas, internet, and electric). Landlord pays for water. Street parking.

You will be living with two females. Chill easy going ladies.

It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. You will be taking the master bedroom which includes a large closet, private stand up shower restroom, and private balcony. The living room and kitchen is shared and there is a living room balcony as well. Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The apartment is located in Glendale in walking distance of a shopping center (Wholefoods, Petco, Restaurants) and a grocery store.

Application will be completed online with Specialty Realty who will require a light background/credit check.

Currently all roommates pay to 1 person via venmo who sends automatic payments to the Landlord. However, you have the option to set up your own payments to the Landlord should you wish.

Move in date is negotiable after the second week of May.
