Master bedroom available in Glendale

I am subletting my master bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Glendale starting July 1. The lease ends October 31 and you will be able to renew if you like. My current roommate is very cool, laid back, and clean. You have separate bathrooms! She has one cat who is very friendly and loving. It is a small complex with coin operated laundry and parking in a locked garage. There is a locked gate in order to enter the apartments so it is very secure. It is a 2nd floor apartment (no elevator sadly). It’s walking distance from a Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s and a bunch of restaurants. 5 mins from downtown Glendale, 15-20 minute drive to Pasadena. The living and dining area are already furnished and I will sell you my bedroom furniture for a good price if you want it (nightstand, bed frame, memory foam mattress, desk and chair all used for under 1 year). I’m leaving because I’m starting school elsewhere, but this is a great apartment!
