Hello, we are looking for a roommate who is friendly and clean. Rent is $791 per month. Deposit is another $760 and utilities are split evenly. Room will be available to move in last week of August.

Apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located very close to downtown Glendale, with easy access to the 5, 134 and 2 freeways, as well as shopping, dining, and public transportation. There is no bathroom in the room, but one next door that will be shared with 1 Roomate.
