Spare room, looking for a room mate :)

This apartment is located in the cusp of Glendale and Burbank in a safe and friendly environment. I love the area and have an extra room to give out to rent. Laundry and dryer is located in the building, Wifi, utilities and furniture for shared living space is included as well. The bedroom is unfurnished. I do have a cat he is friendly to people but does not get along with other pets, he is old and calm and wants nothing but food and cuddles. (Dont worry he wont eat your food) looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, Available June 1st.
