Have a Room for rent in Glendora. The room is currently empty. I would like to have it rented month to month as I do not like to lock anyone into a lease. The home is in a good neighbor hood and close to Citrus & APU Colleges. Also The rent does include all utilities and home also has a pool. Access to laundry and kitchen.
I do have two daughters that come stay part time and they have their own rooms also and this is why I prefer a female room mate as I'm very protective of my girls.
