No additional pets ? There is one in-door cat at the home already. Home is shared with 5 housemates total Single person per room occupancy. No couples, kids or overnight guests unless arranged with property manager. You will have access to the common areas of the house, backyard patio, garden, living room, laundry and kitchen. There is a washer/dryer & some pans & dishes. Housemates need to work together to keep common areas clean. Parking in Driveway can be arranged ? otherwise it is $75 a year permit parking which you can get at Glendora Police Department. 5 minute drive to Citrus College & Azusa Pacific University. 15-20 min drive to La Verne University & Cal Poly Pomona.
