Two Rooms Available in a Shared House

One room available is the master bedroom. It shares a wall with the living room. It is about 14ft x 10ft 4in. There's a small en suite bathroom with a stall shower.

The other room available is a private bedroom, however, that roommate does share a bathroom with me. This bedroom is the only one with mirrored closet doors.

The driveway can fit 2 cars (usually mine and one other) and there's plenty of street parking. There is a washer and dryer in the attached garage. There's a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The house is about 3.5 miles from Cal State Northridge.

I'm more a dog person than a cat person and am open to a roommate with either type of pet, however, they have to be approved by the owner.

A little more about me: I currently work from home as a customer service rep in the call center for an online print company. I tend to watch a lot of food shows and HGTV when I'm not working. I like to read and hope to get back to some loom knitting projects soon. I love musical theatre and drag queens.
