I have a private unfurnished main bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom available in Granada Hills. My house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and is 2,500 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and a backyard.

Common areas include full kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, patio up the hill, and washer/dryer. There is a ceiling fan in each room and the house has central air conditioning and heating. Two very friendly small dogs (Shitzu) live on the property.

I am a work-from-home software engineer and my place is conducive for studying, it’s is a good environment for students or professionals.

I go to the gym on weekdays. I am trustworthy, laidback, and respectful of my roommate's privacy. I expect my new roommates to be the same.

Looking for respectful, clean, and responsible roommates who pays rent on time.
