Roommate wanted

Hi everyone!
My name is Paul, I’m a 29 year old actor living just north of Griffith Park on the border between Glendale and Burbank. One of the reasons I chose this location is because there is great highway access. Both the 134 and I-5 are very close, so regardless of where I have to go a high is always nearby.
I’d love to find another artist to live with but I don’t have too much of a preference.
I have a single bedroom available in my two bedroom apartment. There's one shared bathroom, a large living room, and full kitchen.
There's also one parking space given to this apartment. My previous roommate and I worked out a rotation system so we each get a parking space 2 weeks out of the month.
The entire apartment is furnished just not the bedroom itself.
