Big room for rent in quiet neighborhood

Hi! My name is Kyle and I?m currently in need of a roommate. I?m a tenant at a house in Hacienda Heights CA, a very quiet upper middle class neighborhood just off the 60 hwy 20 minutes east from Downtown LA. The house is a two bedroom/ two bath condo attached to the back of another 4 bedroom house. It has its own private side entry and a backyard with citrus trees that is shared with Diane (awesome landlady) in the front house. Previous roommate and myself are musicians so living room was converted into a music room...epic jams were had. Would love to move in another musician. The room for rent is a large 10x15 foot space with a large closet that is as wide as the room. Current roommate Abe will be moving out on the 1st of August so some of his things are still in the pictures but room will be completely cleared out.

Edit: In the pictures of the kitchen you?ll notice a big double propane burner or as I like to call it, a ?glamping? stove. The kitchen hasn?t had an oven or range since it was built due to California codes disallowing two kitchens on one property. BUT! The code was changed and we will be installing an oven in there within the next few months. Until then, the glamping stove is the substitute.

I?m a 29 year old professional and musician, transplant from NorCal, and I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. I work long hours in Hollywood and am usually home long enough to sleep and eat, so I?m not there too often.
