$1,000 plus utilities capped at 40/month for just wifi internet, 150/month for trash, water and power, 65/month if you want to have a cable box.

The room can come unfurnished or furnished with a queen mattress set and a large dresser if needed.

This apartment has a large renovated kitchen and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms for us to share. We live here with my dog and two cats, you must be pet friendly, not allergic, and respectful of their presence at all times.

I am a professional in the film business and I work from home.

This duplex comes with off-street parking, a free washer and dryer, and we have half of a garage for bikes and/or storage.

This is a gorgeous neighborhood- great for walking in the mornings and evenings. This is the last street before all of the large estates and mansions, gorgeous views of the Hollywood sign.
