The Bedroom is furnished with full-size sleigh bed, double pillow top mattress, a small desk, dresser, nightstand, 40” tv and walk-in closet. Utilities are shared with unlimited WiFi. Also, there is a washer/dryer in the kitchen, and off-street parking available. You should be comfortable with dogs and pet friendly, I have a loving 10yr old female black lab, so prospective roommate must be dog friendly. Common living space, shared kitchen, dining, bathroom, and washer/dryer. There is a nice patio seating area out back and a bbq if you like to grill. This room is available now for one person only, minimum 3 months. This is a quiet walkable neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and venues on Melrose and The Grove. Central to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the Westside, and Hollywood. Close access to MTA transportation. Please - Absolutely no cigarette smokers or drugs.
