Master bedroom + private bathroom

Hello - I have a master bedroom + private bathroom in a beautiful apartment in Larchmont Village. The place has atrium ceilings, and is somewhat furnished. I run a tutoring business from my office in the loft and so am not looking for a roommate who works from home, but if you had some work to do, the bedroom is plenty big enough to set up a semi-office. The place has western, southern and northern-facing windows which makes wonderful cross-ventilation, and is right next to Van Ness Elementary. Garage parking and elevator make the place very secure. I was engaged, but it was broken off, and she is moving to be closer to her job. I have a goldendoodle named Barbie who is very loveable and quiet, and I am looking for someone who values a cleanly aesthetically-pleasing place to live. Location is ideally placed near Ktown as well as Larchmont Village, 2 blocks south of Paramount Studios. Griffith Observatory is visible from the roof deck, and in all, the place is very appealing.
