Nice bedroom + bath in furnished Larchmont apart

Hi! You'll love this place, and if you are in the market for a furnished and beautiful place to live in the heart of LA, you'll be psyched. I am a full-time English literature tutor and teach from the loft upstairs, so I am not looking for someone who works from home. This is a neighborhood filled with industry people, as Paramount is two blocks away, and NetFlix is straight up Van Ness. The place draws oohs and aaahs from most visitors, as cross ventilation is fantastic, and because the unit is the top unit, and the corner unit, with great views. Basically, I got engaged, got a dog, and then the engagement was broken off. She's moving out, and, if I were in need of a furnished place (you need to bring your bed) in LA, this place would be my first choice. 1500 sq feet make the place bigger than most for the price.
