Unfurnished Room for Rent

My husband and I are looking for someone who is clean, kind, quiet and respectful to occupy our extra bedroom in our 3 bedroom condominium.

There is currently a tenant occupying the bedroom adjacent and will be sharing a bathroom. The whole condo is also shared with our cat Vader. He is scared of new people and mostly hides. Once he is comfortable, he loves attention.

*Please note: we are looking for a single person (no couples or kids) as we already have one other tenant and a cat.

Tenant will have access to:
- A shared bathroom
- In house laundry room
- Kitchen
- Community pool

Rent includes:
- Wifi
- All utilities
- Pool Access

Tenants are responsible for all their own food, cleaning products, laundry detergents and toiletries. Because our kitchen space is limited, we ask that you share our dishes, pots and pans as there is not much extra space to store your own.

Because this is our home and all of our stuff, including furniture etc. is all our own, we have a visitor policy in place. Although visitors are permitted, if you think you will have constant visitors, this is probably not the place for you. My husband and I try to keep our home as peaceful as possible.

Over night guests are permitted two nights a week. Must be a 3 day break in between days.

Living room area, two other bedrooms and garage are not shared. Tenant will not be able to access or use these areas.

Community & street parking available (no permit needed).

We offer month-month however we prefer a tenant who will stay at least 3 months.
