The room for rent has a private bathroom and is on the ground floor and has a bathtub equipped with jacuzzi jets. It's really a rather nice location, with a great, super productive garden, and even roof access for fantastic sunset and Fourth of July viewing!
We're 5 minutes from the 110 freeway, surrounded by gyms, grocery stores, all the amenities you need.
