The house boasts updated bathrooms, and stainless steel kitchen appliances with brand new vinyl flooring throughout, all bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom is unfurnished and measures about 11x13ft, with a PRIVATE BATHROOM.. Shared access to the kitchen and dining room as well as the laundry machine. We are looking for someone respectful and clean who is easy to get along with. In general, guests are limited to weekends only.

About us, me and my boyfriend have owned the house for 4 years and occupy the master bedroom. We are both in our early 30’s. We also have 2 small-ish dogs that stay outside when we are out or at work but both are fully house trained and super cute. My boyfriend owns his own business and works Mon-Sat, I am a graphic designer and work full time Mon-Fri. I spend most of my time downstairs in the living room with the dogs or working on freelance projects.
