This small 12x7 bedroom with tall 11 ft ceilings comes fully furnished with beautiful industrial style full size day bed, 50 inch flat screen tv with cable DVR box and WiFi. I have added industrial pipe style closet system and shelving for clothes and storage. The house has central heat and air and the room comes with a ceiling fan. All utilities included (washer and dryer, cable, WiFi, gas, water, electricity, trash, pool and yard maintenance and maid service!)

You will share a beautifully remodeled bathroom with double sink and 2 rain showers with me and and share a nicely remodeled kitchen (marble quartz countertops, large refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher) The kitchen is open to living room with sofa bed, 50? tv. The house has a beautiful swimming pool in the backyard with gas bbq grill.

This housing situation is perfect for someone who doesn?t want to live in an apartment, who wants easy parking and easy access to freeways. The house is located 3 minutes to the 110 and 105 freeway in South LA/ Gardena.

I have 2 outside dogs so tenant must like dogs (they are not inside dogs).

Ideal for 1 person preferably gay/gay friendly, quiet, clean and responsible.

6 month lease preferred but open to discussion.
