Remodeled House Looking For Professional Female

You will be living with three young professional women and two adorable well behaved dogs! We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and nice. We tend to keep to ourselves, but occasionally like to hang out and have fun!
You will be living in a private room with a shared bathroom. The room is all hardwood floors and has a ceiling fan installed. All utilities are included as well as full access to the kitchen and in-house laundry located upstairs. There are no photos of the inside at the moment because someone is currently moving out.
The area is in between Castaic and Valencia, so you get the perfect blend of the Castaic quiet neighborhood all while being close to all the buzz on Valencia!
