Hi I’m looking to rent one of the bedrooms in my home in Hawaiian Gardens, CA. It includes its own entrance, private bathroom and small closet. It has no kitchen access and parking is available on the street. Located right off the 605 freeway and Carson st. Near Long Beach town center & Cerritos mall.
