Room includes bed, nightstand with outlets, tv including Max, Prime, Netflix and Spectrum, brand new a. c. unit and nice size mini fridge and a microwave.
Bath is obviously shared and there is one parking space as well as occasional street parking.
There are a few small harmless 4 legged cohabitants, and will only consider another if the chemistry works.
The rent total is figured as 850 plus 40% of utilities which usually comes to like 130 to 180, so I find it easier to just quote a round number.. Plus you will not be affected when our rent is increased in July.
