Potential roommate must be clean and immediately clean up after themselves after use of anything in the house. No parties, no heavy alcohol use and no recreational/illegal drug use. All common areas are fully furnished with only the available bedroom needing to provide your own furniture. Twin fold up futon bed/sofa couch with pillows are included in the extra bedroom for rent.
