Master Bedroom in El Segundo/Manhattan/Hawthorne

I am moving out of a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome and need someone to take over my part of the lease. Lease is up March 31 and the move in date is flexible as long as it is within December.
The second bedroom has a large closet, bathroom down the hall and is only used by you and any guests you may have. The living area and kitchen is partially furnished, any furniture you wish to bring is open for discussion with current tenant. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Current tenant is is a 30 year old professional male, who enjoys being social. The Landlord pays water and trash, all other utilities are split among tenants and are handled through the current tenant. Room comes with 1 spot in the 2 car attached garage with plenty of storage space. The complex is a large gated community with a pool, spa, playground, half basketball court, a running track, and plenty of guest parking.

Landlord does not allow pets, and required an application fee of $25 with credit check.
