Private 1 Bed 1 Bath, All Inclusive

We have a 1 bed 1 private bath with a small walk-in closet available. All utilities included in the rent. Entrance will be through the back of the house. There will be no access to living room and kitchen because our dog does not want to share that area.

Street parking only. Please note that the parking situation is pretty bad after 4pm on weekdays. Our previous roommates have had either no cars or unusual schedules.

Washer and dryer available in the basement with a small gym (free weights only).?

We are a professional couple in our early 30s. Our ideal housemate is a professional who is very clean, respectful and can pay rent on time. (No couples.)

We are located on 122nd/Menlo ave. Very close to SpaceX and a 12 minute drive to the beach.
