I am a female seeking a female roommate, I have a small cat and disabled non barking small dog. The room is large 15x15 new carpet and new paint. We will share the bathroom, living room and small kitchen.

I live on the 2nd floor, laundry is on premise. This is a small unit, quiet neighborhood. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi. At this time there is street parking available and down the line a carport can be shared.
