Gated apartment complex with garbage and pay-by-use Washer/Dryer in apartment complex. We split utilities & Internet 3 ways (Cash-app/Venmo) and typically they never are above $50 each. This room is a shared bathroom,. We have another bathroom in the house to use, however, it does not have a shower. You will have a street parking available, which is never more than a block away from the apartment. Looking for a responsible, chill and laid-back individual that needs a place to stay until November, due to a last minute roommate move. We currently have never been late on payments and are full time workers for day and graveyards shifts. We prefer a person whom is tolerant of loud music during night time hours.
