The house is technically in the city of LA, but is in Hawthorne - near where the 405 and 105 freeways cross. About 15 min south of DTLA and less than 10 minutes east of LAX on the freeway.

Full access to house and amenities available. The room is in a 3 bedroom home recently renovated! Parking in either driveway or street. The house has high-speed WIFI, Vivint security protection, laundry on site, a beautiful large kitchen and other features.

The other rooms in the house are occupied by younger professionals/students in accounting, architecture, and education industries. We ask for mutual cleanliness, respect, and courtesies. I also ask for thoughtfulness and conservatism in using utilities since they're included.

ABSOLUTELY NO pets, smoking or illegal substances are allowed - LIGHT casual drinking is permissible.

6 month or 1 year lease. $900 deposit.

Looking for a working professional/student, preferably with a daytime work schedule. Sorry, no couples or families. Looking for someone clean, considerate, responsible, who picks up after themselves.
