The kitchen has a stove, oven, and full sized fridge. The property location is twenty minutes from the pacific coast, and five minutes from the 405 freeway. There are plenty of nearby stores and businesses within walking distance. The Landlord is also a reasonable individual. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and a $700 security deposit is due upon move in. If at any point you plan on leaving you must give at least 30 days notice, and be out by the 3rd day of the following month, otherwise you will have to pay full rent for that month.
