Private Room, Bath near beach, SpaceX, LAX

ABOUT THE RENTAL: We are a couple in our early 30s renting out one bedroom in our 2.5 bedroom home starting July or August. The bedroom is relatively spacious and comes with a private bath and walk-in closet. There is a smaller living area with couch and table right outside the room that our previous house mates have used to read or have meals. The house has a nice, large, gated front yard. Tandem parking is available in the back of the house. There is a basement with washer/dryer and gym set up (squat rack, bench, no cardio equipment). We also have a 9-year old pitbull and will require his approval on the new house mate situation. House is about a 5 minute bike ride to SpaceX and 15 min car drive to the beach.

ABOUT US: We have always had a 3rd house mate (since 2012 actually) and have been very lucky so far with great people. This will be the first time we are making parking available. We like to keep the house clean and clutter-free, especially shared spaces. My fiancé and I both work from home. We hate the smell of cigarettes. We are very easy going, considerate and friendly. We use the gym a lot. Our dog is very sweet, but mostly to us and people he knows/likes. He gets anxious very easily, which is why it's VERY important that he likes you.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who LOVES dogs. Clean, considerate, respectful. Non-smoker. Able to pay rent on time. Preference will be given to those who can stay longer term (10 mo+).
