Female Roommate Wanted

I'm renting out an unfurnished bedroom in my three bedroom home that I occupy. The room is private and you'll have a private bathroom.
You will have use of all the common areas of the house including use of the washer and dryer.
I'm looking to rent to a mature single female, preferably over 30 years old. The lease is month to month, but open to someone staying long term.
I am a single male and I am a nudist indoors, so looking for someone who is like minded and into the same lifestyle.
I do prefer someone who is a non smoker, doesn't use drugs.
