Bedroom For Rent

HELLO !! One of my roomies are moving out in August & we are looking to rent out their bedroom by September 1st . The room is fully furnished. Comes with a bed frame , mattress , tv , & dresser ! But of course you are more than welcome to redecorate :) . It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath in Hawthorne, California ! So you’ll share a bathroom. It's just us 2 girls but we are open to any gender. 20 + . We are to ourselves & work often. We don't mind if you have company as long as you aren't too loud after a certain time of course, just like be respectful of neighbors. Rent is $906/ month + wifi & utilities. We normally don’t pay too much for utilities just depends on how much we use during the month .
